In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl7774," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to jl7774.club and the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at https://jl7774.club.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the jl7774 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jl7774 platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held within a Player's jl7774 Account, comprising real money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via a supported payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph) and credited to their Wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or incentive allocations granted by jl7774 under specific promotional terms, distinct from Real Money Funds and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game title made available on the jl7774 platform, as displayed within the game interface.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jl7774 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and OTP codes. jl7774 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jl7774 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.2 Account Currency. All Wallet balances on jl7774 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions conducted in other currencies will be converted at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction. jl7774 does not guarantee specific exchange rates for cryptocurrency deposits.

3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jl7774 requires completion of the KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by jl7774 may result in withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Dormancy. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jl7774 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such Accounts. Players will be notified before fees are applied and may reactivate their Account by logging in.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jl7774 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposits only), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit across all channels is ₱20.00. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.2 Deposit Processing. All deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are credited to your jl7774 Wallet in real time, subject to the availability of the respective payment provider's service. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the originating bank's settlement schedule. jl7774 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by jl7774 within the operational processing window. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) are typically settled within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. First-time withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion as described in Section 3.3.

4.4 Funds Ownership. You may only deposit and play with funds that belong to you. jl7774 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a Player. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your jl7774 Account.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jl7774 are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds will be separated from Real Money Funds and used first in gameplay.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl7774 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is detected. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Withdrawal of Real Money Before Meeting Wagering Requirements. Where a Player requests withdrawal of Real Money Funds while Bonus Funds with an active wagering requirement are held in their Wallet, jl7774 may, at its discretion, forfeit the Bonus Funds and process the withdrawal of the Real Money Funds only.

6.1 Applicable Game Rules. Each game available on jl7774 is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable Game Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail with respect to individual game mechanics and payouts.

6.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games available on jl7774 — including slots, digital table games, and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator systems are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games are hosted by licensed studios operating under separate regulatory compliance frameworks.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jl7774 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where the integrity of a game round cannot be determined, the round may be voided and any wager returned to the Player's Wallet. jl7774 is not liable for losses arising from Player-side technical failures, including internet disconnections.

6.4 Disputed Results. Where a Player disputes the outcome of a game round, jl7774 will review the game logs on file. The game provider's recorded results shall be treated as definitive absent clear evidence of a platform-side error. Disputes must be submitted to jl7774 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl7774 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or playing while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit purpose;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, exploits, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform personnel;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring jl7774 Accounts or Wallet balances for cash outside the platform.

All content on the jl7774 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the property of jl7774 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from jl7774 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from jl7774.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl7774 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from a Player's gambling decisions or risk tolerance; (d) losses caused by third-party service interruptions, including payment processor downtime or mobile network outages affecting game connectivity.

jl7774's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl7774's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jl7774 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that online gambling can pose risks to a minority of players and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jl7774 Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the time elapsed during each gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the jl7774 platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jl7774 enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. Players who believe they may be developing a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. 21+ Only

11.1 Termination by jl7774. jl7774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) jl7774 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority; (c) jl7774 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to jl7774, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

11.2 Termination by Player. You may close your jl7774 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination hereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. The parties acknowledge the application of relevant PAGCOR regulations to the gaming activities conducted through the jl7774 platform.

jl7774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or game availability — jl7774 will notify registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the jl7774 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.2.
